Getting Organized for the School Year

Wednesday July 26, 2006
I know it's hard to believe, but many students will be heading off to school within the next few weeks. It's the perfect time to get organized to plan for a successful school year.

First, you need to identify and claim the study space where you'll be working this year. If you're planning to work in your bedroom, you may want to give it a fast cleaning. Next, you'll need to shop for the supplies you'll need this year and find a logical place to keep them. You may want to use a labeler to mark your storage places.

Be sure to get a large wall calendar and hang it in a conspicuous space. It will help you organize your homework habits and make it easier to finish those assignments in time.
