Meditate for Grades?

Having trouble keeping your mind on your work? Researchers at the University of Pennsylvania may have come up with a way for you to improve your concentration skills.

By meditating for just thirty minutes a day, you may be able to change your brain, making it more efficient when it comes to setting priorities, staying focused, and paying attention to details. According to the study, you may actually be able to train your brain to perform better, and that can really pay off at report card time!

Meditation may sound like a New Age magic trick, but it’s really a type of “mindfulness training,” the research suggests.
