Planning for the Science Fair

Friday September 21, 2007

If you’re planning to enter a science fair project, you’ll need to start early and do a little planning and preparation. You should read the requirements carefully to make sure that your topic of choice is actually allowed, according to the rules of the competition. Don’t find out halfway through the process!

You should also make sure to provide plenty of observation time for most projects. You’ll need to keep a research journal and record any observations you make.

Finally, you should make sure that your display is neat and attractive and it contains all the essential information. The display should include the abstract, hypothesis, the methods and procedures, the results, and conclusions. Read more about preparing a science fair project in the full article.
