E-Cheating

Saturday October 20, 2007

You may be developing habits in high school that will get you kicked out of college!

Why? It's simple. Kids are often more savvy when it comes to using new gadgets than many parents and teachers are. This is a unique development in today's society and it's kind of cool in some ways. But when it comes to cheating, it's really alarming.

Students today are growing up in the age of information sharing. But information sharing is illegal when it comes to school work! If you’ve been transmitting answers to homework or test questions, there’s a pretty good chance you’ve been cheating—even though it might have been unintentional.

Unfortunately, there’s an old saying that states “ignorance of the law is no excuse,” and when it comes to cheating, that old saying holds up. If you cheat, even by accident, you’re risking your academic career. Find out what constitutes e-cheating and learn how you can avoid big trouble in college by checking out the article on cheating with technology.
