Foreign Language Skills

Did you realize that this is National Foreign Language Week? Many students study a foreign language because they are required to do so, as part of their core class requirements.

Interestingly, most students don't realize until years later how important foreign language skills are for succeeding in college, securing a career, and enriching life altogether. It's difficult to imagine the satisfaction that comes with speaking German while visiting Germany, or ordering your dinner in French at a wonderful restaurant.
