Better Diet, Better Grades!

Tuesday April 1, 2008

It might not be music to your ears, but it is food for thought. Another study has emerged to suggest that students who eat a healthier diet tend to perform better in school.

If you’re serious about your grades, you might want to add more fruits and vegetables to your routine. You don’t have to make a drastic change in your life to improve your diet. Just try to change something every day.

  • Substitute water for soda.
  • Eat fresh fruit for dessert.
  • Try to limit white flour products and increase whole grain intake.
  • Avoid deep-fried foods.
  • Choose hot oatmeal over sugary cereals.

If you make a conscious effort to improve your diet a little bit every day, you’ll soon feel it in your body and see it in your test scores!
