Rate Your Teacher

Thursday June 5, 2008

Do you credit your teacher for changing your life? Are you missing your teacher already? Or, perhaps, you’re glad you have a certain teacher behind you? Now is your chance to turn the tables when it comes to grades and teachers.

You can express your feelings at Rate My Teachers, a site that claims to contain the names of 1.5 million teachers. Remember, be nice! After all, you may see your teacher again some day in the classroom!

In college? Don’t worry—there’s a site for you, too. Check out Rate My Professors.

I found a site I like better. It is called Teacher Complaints - it allows people to post complaints about teachers and school personal who don’t do their job. I feel that it’s about time that students and parents had a say in what goes on in class!

Thanks for providing the Teacher Complaints link. I love the site. It seems a lot better than the rate a teacher sites. I noticed that a lot of teachers go in and post good ratings for their self in order to make themselves look good on those rating sites. At least on Teacher and School Complaints you don’t have to worry about teachers trying to “fix” their ratings which leads to a more realistic rating system by parents. I also like the fact of being able to know what goes on in class by a students point of view. 10 Thumbs for this site!!! - I love it!
