How to Write a Limerick

By , About.com Guide   December 29, 2008

Follow me on:

An "A" as a grade is ideal.
A "B" has a bit of appeal.
When we're looking at C;
Or (gulp) even a D,
I think somebody needs to get real.

Have you ever tried to write a limerick? It's really easy to do--or at least it's easy to write a really cheesy one. If you have some free time, why not try your hand at writing a limerick and see how clever and witty you can be!
