Best Study Time?

Do you seem to be able to concentrate best at night? Many students think late night study is best for them, but that can be a problem. Lack of sleep can destroy your academic performance!
So when do you study? Is that when you're most productive?

For my kids, the best time to study is after school, before dinner. They’re not too tired at this point, and it’s a good time for us to turn off the TV to remove distractions. Not only that, but it doesn’t interfere with them going to bed on time.
