If you’re facing an important test, this might be a good time to change your eating habits. Studies have shown that eating a good breakfast can actually enhance your performance on a test. You don't have to make a drastic change in your morning routine to bring about positive results. It's easy to find a healthy breakfast food that you can prepare ahead of time. It's a small step with a big payoff!
